What is Same Day delivery?
We're happy to take your last minute orders and guarantee same day delivery.
For same-day Standard Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 6:00 pm, Monday - Sunday.
For same-day Fixed Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 6:30 pm, Monday – Sunday.
For same-day Midnight Delivery, orders must be placed before 7:00 pm, Monday – Sunday .
What is a normal courier delivery?
Your order will be delivered through any available courier. For products that are shipped using the services of our courier, the date of delivery chosen by you is an estimate. Your order may be delivered a day prior or a day after the chosen date of delivery.
Are there any extra charges for same day delivery?
There are no extra charges for same day Standard Time Delivery. There is a minimal delivery charge for same day Fixed Time and Midnight delivery.

Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
Cancellation/modification request in a Domestic order made less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.
When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?
Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.

We currently do not provide a gift wrap option. But we provide an option to add a gift box at a nominal charge. Can I send all kinds of gifts everywhere?
Our service is only available in pin codes of Lucknow, India. Where we can provide our service under the rule of our government.
Can I change my order after I have placed it on SmileONN?
It all depends on your time on how soon you inform us. We generally process all our orders in short 2-3 hours periods of time on same day. So, it is very difficult to make any changes to order but before shipping. There are few changes will may applicable if you inform us quickly in your order.

Can I replace an item?
For "Hand Delivered Products (cakes, painting): There are no replacements allowed as the products are perishable. In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement, which will be done within 5 hours.
What delivery options do you provide?
We provide several delivery options depending on the location and the gift item. For flower & cakes, we provide same day delivery (if ordered before 6pm), fixed time delivery (1 hours slot, needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance) & midnight delivery (needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance). For other gift items, you can choose a tentative date of delivery and we will try to deliver around that date.
How long does it take to deliver gifts?
You can check exact delivery times at each & every product page before placing the order. In general, for regular pin codes, we deliver our orders within 2-5 business days in India and within 4-7 business days in other countries. Remote locations may require longer delivery times and it may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver orders on remote pin codes.
Do you charge for shipping?
For most of our products, we provide free shipping for standard delivery within India. For enhanced delivery options in India (midnight delivery etc), we charge a nominal fee. You can check the shipping charges & delivery time for all items on their product pages.
Will all the items that I have purchased arrive on the same day?
No, all the items in your order may not arrive on the same day. We ship our items from different locations directly to your delivery address. As a result, items shipped from the same warehouse or the same vendor reaches together whereas items coming from different locations or different vendors may be come separately.
During the checkout, at the ‘Order Summary’ section, you will be able to see in how many shipments your order will be split.
Will my gift be delivered exactly on the date that I have chosen for delivery?
You can choose a specific date for delivery but also a specific time for delivery (for a nominal charge).
For all other gift items which are couriered, the date of delivery that you select is only tentative in nature. This is to accommodate orders which are placed significantly in advance of the actual occasion. In these cases, we try to deliver our products closer to the date of delivery that you have chosen but we do not guarantee the exact date delivery.

Currently, there is no tracking link available for Flowers & Cakes orders. We are working on the same and will soon start providing a tracking option for the same. What do I do if my order shows as delivered but the recipient has not received the gift?
Such instances are usually very rare. Most of the time they occur if the courier company has handed the parcel to the person who was available to collect it. It would usually either be the concierge, reception or the security guard of your building. So please check with them once. Can I cancel my order?
Order with personalized/customized products or perishable products including flowers and cakes, won't be cancelled once it is processed. Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed, and dispatch on the same day. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.

Order cancellation is initiated instantly but it takes 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in the bank account.

We don’t allow partial cancellations of the order. If your order is not dispatched, you can fully cancel the order and place a new one. If your order is already dispatched, then you cannot cancel the order.
